Strength and endurance are tested through push-ups and sit-ups. Male candidates must perform a minimum of 20 push-ups and 25 sit-ups, while female candidates need to complete at least 15 push-ups and 20 sit-ups.

Long Jump and High Jump

These tests evaluate explosive strength and agility. The minimum requirement for the long jump is 3.65 meters for males and 2.7 meters for females. For the high jump, males need to clear 1.2 meters, and females, 0.9 meters.
